Whitney Miller

Whitney Miller is an experienced attorney with a focus on juvenile and criminal law. This includes work on cases involving child support, child custody, felonies, and misdemeanors.

Whitney was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2012 after graduating with her Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law. She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Business Management from Marietta College.

During her time at UD law school, Whitney gained a great deal of professional experience, including an internship with the Ohio Second District Court of Appeals, where she assisted Appellate Court Judges writing Court Opinions on various matters, attending Judicial conferences and oral arguments. She also interned with the Municipal Prosecutor in the Bedford Ohio courts where she attended court hearings, prepared court documents and helped with pretrial reviews. She also had an Internship within the English Legal System in the UK, where she attended court proceedings and participated in advocacy training.

Whitney has also spent time as an attorney in Summit county. There she was involved in the representation of clients in Common Pleas and Juvenile Court. She has experience in aspects of defense, including writing motion, preparing briefs and appearing before the Court on behalf of clients.

When Whitney has free time she can be found cheering for the Cleveland Indians, traveling, and attending plays. She also enjoys painting and 5ks.
