COVID-19 Update

The Law Offices of Andrew M. Parker, LLC shall remain open during the Stay at Home Order period. As you are all aware, COVID-19 and the Coronavirus pandemic are requiring us all to change how we live and go about our daily business. Life, as we have known it, will be changed for the foreseeable future.

On March 22, 2020, Governor DeWine and Dr. Amy Acton issued a Stay at Home Order. We are all required to stay at home unless it is for “essential business”. Pursuant to section 12(u) of that order, legal services are an essential business. As such our business will remain open during our normal business hours of 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. with limited staff.

For your protection and ours, we will not be conducting in-person consultations. We believe we have a civil duty to do our part to reduce person to person contact as much as possible. We will be offering consultations by telephone and through email. I encourage you to contact us with your legal concerns by phone or email, but please remain patient as the recent changes are requiring us to adapt and change how things are done at our office, just as they have caused changes in all of our personal lives.

Additionally, those with parenting orders, exchanges of children ARE allowed under this section 14(e) of the Stay at Home Order. Finally, we will be offering payment plans due to the economic impact that the pandemic is having on everyone. We are all in this together, and only together, will we get through this.
